Inner Lake George is a lake located in Chugiak, Alaska, near the terminus of the Colony Glacier, and is 27 miles southeast of Palmer in the Chugach Mountains.

It was named in 1951 by Stone (1963, p. 33) and is part of the Lake George National Natural Landmark, established in 1978.
